The development will consist of the conversion of attic to habitable space and installation of new dormer window to front elevation, to match adjoining dwellings.

The development will consist/consists of revisions to a previous planning application (Ref. WEB1635/21) New roof light to the front elevation, to the new first floor extension over front flat roof area, pop out exension to the first floor rear bedroom extending across the existing rear window and projecting 1.5 metres from the existing rear wall.

First floor extension over front flat roof area, modify the roof by moving the hip over the new front extension, taking down the existing side and rear extension and construction a new single story wrap-a-round side and rear extension with a flat roof, converting the attic to provide an en-suite bathroom and bedroom with a new dormer window to the rear elevation, new side gable window at first floor level and roof light to the hip roof over.

To demolish existing detached garden shed and construct new garden shed /games room in garden at rear and associated site works.
