Planning permission for extension and modifications of the existing nursing home at 122/124 Terenure Road West, Terenure, Dublin 6W PW58, consisting of the following: (A) 61m2 single storey day-space extension to the south elevation, (B) 6m2 single storey extension to form 2 new offices to the east elevation, (C) Alterations internally to the ground floor to provide single bedroom occupancy with private en-suites to the rear of no.122 only, (D) Other internal minor partition modification to improve the personal space and layout within the shared bedrooms to the ground floor and first floor, (E) Reduction in bed numbers overall from 48 no. beds to 42 no. beds, (F) Two new windows to bedroom no.23, (G) Other minor modification of window openings, (H) All associated sites work above and below ground.

Planning permission for upgrade/ modifications to the north elevation and carpark area only of the existing nursing home at 122/124 Terenure Road, West, Terenure, Dublin 6W PW58, consisting of the following: (A) demolition of existing lean to roof over front entrance porch; (B) new single storey flat roof glazed entrance lobby of 8 sq.m. and new accessible ramp access; (C) removal of existing front window to kitchen to be replaced with new access doors; (D) modification of 2 no. existing windows to form new single double height window to stairwell; (E) new brick cladding & Tudor style gable boarding to front of no. 124; (F) modifications to car parking layout at no.122 to facilitate a new accessible parking space adjacent to entrance; (G) modification to existing vehicular access at no. 122 to provide new pedestrian gate and safe pedestrian access route to building entrance; (H) new louvred screen to open area to the front of kitchen; (I) new contained bin store to west boundary and (J) all associated site works above and below ground.

The development will consist of (1) the construction of new single storey pitched roof rear extension with rooflights within the roof slope and including connections to all services and (2) the replacement of the kitchen window to the rear elevation to a projecting bay window, including increasing the height of the window and (3) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development.

Planning permission is sought for demolition of existing single storey side garage and kitchen and construction of new two storey extension to side and single and two storey extensions to rear.

Demolition of existing disused, Chimney stack, Boiler/outhouse, conversion of existing garage to side with first floor extension over, single-storey extension to rear with internal and elevational alterations, conversion of existing attic to non-habitable space with dormer to rear widening of existing vehicular access and all associated site works

Permission for the following: 1. a new single storey home office building in the rear garden, 2. placement of solar panels on rear section of main roof, 3. alteration of existing single storey side extension and building a new 2 storey side extension, ground floor section of 2 storey extension and existing single storey side extension will become a family flat unit, 4. construction of a new rendered block wall to front boundary of dwelling with entrance wing walls and erection of an entrance gate.
