Planning permission is sought for the construction of a new two storey mews house to the rear including the construction of a new vehicular entrance from existing cul de sac and all associated site works.

A) Erection of a flat roof, two storey extension to side of house to accommodate open plan living space and additional bedroom B) Associated external and internal modifications

The erection of 1 No single storey detached habitable room (gross internal area 30.8m2) to include storage & games room and associated site works in rear garden on overall site area 682m2 (0.068ha) approx.

The demolition of the existing side two storey extension and associated annexes to No.66 Kincora Grove and modifications to the internal layout of the existing house to create a 4no. bedroom dwelling. Conversion of attic to storage and a bathroom, including 1/ Conversion of existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof. 2/ A dormer window to the rear. 3/ A velux rooflight to the rear. 4/ Removal of an existing chimney to the rear, all at roof level and 5/ Blocking up an existing window to the side at first floor level. 6/ Modification to the roof of the front porch at ground floor level.

Planning permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs from first floor, flat roofed dormer to the rear and 1 roof window to the front.
