Planning Permission for the following: Demolish the existing garage attached to the north gable of my dwelling house, demolish garden shed to the south east corner of my back garden, demolish part of the rear boundary wall to facilitate the erection of a new dwelling and form two new gates in the rear boundary wall to the access laneway and for permission to erect a new 3 bed detached two storey dwelling house complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development.
