Planning permission for the following works: Demolition of the existing kitchen and bathroom return structure to the rear at ground and first floor levels. Removal of the existing outer aluminium hall door. Construction of a new one and two storey extension to the rear, containing a kitchen/dining at ground floor and a bathroom at first floor. Installation of new timber sliding sash windows in the existing openings front and rear. Installation of rooflights in the proposed extensions, related internal and external alterations.

Permission to renovate and extend an existing two storey end of terrace house with a rear single storey extension & side single storey adjoining storeroom. Works to include: Part demolition of existing single storey rear extension and adjoining side store room to accommodate new design.
