Permission is sought for new vehicular entrance (including piers and dishing of path) and parking area.

The development will consist of construction of a new one-bedroom single-storey end of terrace dwelling adjoining the existing house. Works will include demolition of adjoining garage to side of house, replacement of existing conservatory with 8.6sqm utility & wc, minor modifications to rear of existing house and boundary wall, shared parking to front, and all associated siteworks.

The development will consist of construction of a new one-bedroom two-storey end of terrace house adjoining the existing house. Works will include demolition of adjoining garage to side of house and all associated siteworks.

The development will comprise: (i) demolition of single storey kitchen and storage annexe to rear; (ii) construction of part-single, part-two-storey extension to the rear of the dwelling with rooflight; (iii) alterations side and rear elevations with new fenestration; (iv) provision of vehicular access to front garden at Mount Prospect Drive; (v) all ancillary works, associated landscaping, boundary treatments and ground works necessary to facilitate development.

The development consists of the demolition of an existing single storey extension to the rear and for the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing house and for an attic conversion with provision for a dormer roof extension to the rear at attic level and to alter the existing hipped roof profile to a gable wall profile and for a roof window to the front of the existing house and for all associated site works.

The development consists of permission to create a vehicular access to the front of 50 Mount Prospect Grove, Clontarf, Dublin D03YP77 exiting onto Mount Prospect Grove and for all associated site works.
