PERMISSION AND RETENTION: permission for first floor extension and dormer window all to rear and two number velux roof windows to front and all associate site works. Retention permission for existing single storey porch to front.

The development will consist of the removal of the existing porch and single storey garage and the construction of a pitched roof single storey extension to the front and a pitched roof two storey extension to the side of the dwelling to comprise ancillary family accommodation, hard and soft landscaping and for all associated works above and below ground.

PERMISSION: For vehicular access.

Permission to construct a single storey rear extension to complement existing financial operations at the premises. Works will comprise of the construction of a single storey extension for office and administration purposes together with associated welfare facilities. There will be limited structural alteration to the rear elevation only of the existing building. New welfare facilities will be serviced by connection to existing establishment services.
