Planning permission to construct: 1. single storey extension to rear, 2. first floor extension to side, 3. extend existing hipped roof to east boundary, 4. provide ancillary family member accommodation at ground floor to side, 5. removal of existing chimney stack to side and all ancillary site works.

The development will consist of (a) - Demolition and safe removal of existing chimney stack and roof hip structure at roof level to side (West Elevation). (b) - The raising of existing gable wall and 1no. window with obscure glass at side (West Elevation) with modification / extension of existing roof structure. (c) - Construction of 1no. dormer at rear, including the conversion of existing attic space for domestic storage / ancillary accommodation, incorporating new access stairs and shower room, with 3no. windows and 1no. velux roof-light at rear (North Elevation) and 2no. velux roof-lights at front (South Elevation). The development will consist of alterations to the existing roof by extending the ridgeline out to create a straight gable replacing the current hip roof, extending the existing gable wall to meet the roof ridge & the construction of an attic level dormer window to the rear elevation of the property located at 37 Willow Park Grove, Dublin 11
