The development will consist of the installation of a modular substation and ancillary site development works; to facilitate 2 no. shared electric vehicle charging units and 4 no. charging bays and ancillary site works within a partially reconfigured parking area.

The development will consist of the installation of approx. 1020 sq.m of photo-voltaic solar panels onto the existing supermarket roof. The solar panels will be used to create green electricity, all of which will be used by the store.
