PERMISSION for development consisting of the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear and side along with ancillary site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a single storey extension to the side of the existing detached house. (Previously permitted Reg. Ref. 3938/17)

Permission is sought for construction of new single storey extension (14sq.m) to rear with 1 no. rooflight; new flat roof to existing single storey extension to rear with 1 no. rooflight; attic conversion (46sq.m) with new dormer to rear; new solar panel to the existing roof to the front, modifications to existing fenestration to the rear; brick finish to replace existing timber fence on north-east boundary wall & all associated site works to an existing two storey semi-detached house at 17 Belmont Gardens, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, D04 E8N2.

Planning permission to amend previously approved planning permission Reg. Ref. WEB1526/24. The amended development will consist of construction of a new flat roof dormer structure in rear facing existing & approved sloped roof profile, set back from the dwelling footprint perimeters and internal alterations to facilitate these works.
