Permission is sought for partial removal of existing single storey extension to rear and construction of a new single storey and two storey extension to side and rear, alterations to existing side porch and provision of 3 no. dormers at attic level to side of main roof, to include all ancillary site works to an existing semi-detached three storey dwelling.

Planning permission for the demolition of an existing 2 storey rear extension & single storey annex along with the detached play room / shed and for the construction of a new two storey extension to the side (north west) & rear (south west) of the existing dwelling house, 1st floor extension of existing porch on the Side (north western) elevation, 3 no box dormers to north western roof, all other elevational changes, internal modifications and all the necessary and ancillary site works to complete the development all at 45 Park Avenue, Dublin 4, D04 F2A3.

The development will consist of: the proposed demolition of existing porch and rear extension and replacement with a 2 storey side extension, to accommodate a revised entrance area with ensuite above, and a proposed single storey extension to the rear, to accommodate an extended kitchen/living/dining area, and all associated site works. Total extension area: 53 sqm.

We, Jackie and Eddie Moloney, intend to apply for planning permission for development at No.40 Park Avenue, Dublin 4. The house is on the Dublin City Council Derelict Site Register (No. DS1263). The development will consist of taking down and rebuilding the front façade (south) and Side (west) gable wall to match original design and the adjoining neighbour. The works are being carried out to make the building structurally safe and to address compromised and defective bricks.

The development will consist of the restoration and repair of the existing front facade, including reinstating front chimney and original floor levels and the installation of a new timber sash windows and front door to original openings. It will consist of a full internal refurbishment of the existing house and new double pitch slate roof to the front. It will also consist of the construction of a new two storey extension with a flat roof with rooflights to the rear of the house, inclusive of all ancillary works.
