Permission for change of use of the existing upper first floor level from hospitality function room space (568sqm) to associated guesthouse bedroom accommodation at The Village Inn for the provision of a total of 19 bedrooms (3 twin double beds, 2 twin single beds, 5 triple beds, 3 double beds, and 6 single bedrooms) including 19 bathrooms to be included in the renovations. There are associated changes to the external elevations together with associated works also proposed.
