Planning Permission is sought for new vehicular access driveway, alterations to existing railings, new gates, landscaping and all siteworks to facilitate off street EV parking and including all associated EV charging equipment at 21 Ramleh Park, Milltown, Dublin 6. D06 PW18.

The development will consist of; 1) canopy to the front of the dwelling with copper clad finish, 2) first floor stairs extension to the side of the dwelling with copper clad finish, 3) conversion of existing hip roof to gable, 4) conversion of existing attic to bedroom & en-suite with dormer style window to the rear & rooflight to the front, 5) new connection to mains sewer in public roadway and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for the following: (1) demolition of existing single storey non original extensions to the side, and the construction of a single storey extension to the side of the existing detached house, with new pitched roof over, including 3 no. Velux roof lights (1 to the front elevation and 2 to the side). (2) The proposal also seeks to relocate and widen to 3.5m the existing vehicle / pedestrian entrance from the Southern side of the site on Ramleh Park to the eastern side of the site on Ramleh Park, internal modifications, landscaping and all associated site works.

Permission sought for demolition of existing rear chimney and side garage, proposed single storey side and rear extensions comprising dining/kitchen/living room to side and a bedroom ensuite to rear. Ground floor alterations include dressing room and bathroom within existing house. First floor alterations include 2 bedrooms ensuite. First floor side elevation window widened to match north elevation window, additional window at high level to hallway to match south elevation window. New windows to existing house. Widening of existing front vehicular access from 2.6m to 3.4m.
