Permission for development at Retail Units 44A and 52 Donaghmede Shopping Centre, Grange Road Dublin 13. The development will consist of works to amalgamate the two existing first floor retail units no.s 44A & 52, to create one larger first floor retail unit accessed only from the internal first floor Mall with associated provision of signage to the internal Mall.

Permission for works to amalgamate two existing retail units and an internal service corridor to create one larger retail unit. The works will comprise demolition of internal subdividing wall between the retail units, demolition of wall between Unit 5/6 and an internal service corridor to create 13.5 square metres of additional floorspace for the enlarged unit, amendments to internal mall elevations including installation of new service door to mall, and all associated works.

The development will consist of works to amalgamate the two existing ground floor retail units no.s 78/ 79 & 80, to create one larger ground floor unit accessed only from the internal Mall with an existing shopfront on the North West façade and a change of use from retail use to coffee shop use incorporating the sale of food and beverages, and their consumption on or off the premises with associated retail sale of related goods within a reconfigured internal layout and associated provision of signage to the internal Mall and North West façade.

Construction of a single storey detached Staff Room within existing walled back yard of Unit 12 Donaghmede Shopping Centre, Grange Road, Donaghmede. Dublin 13.

Works to amalgamate the two existing ground floor retail units with existing shopfronts to the North West façade, no.s 82 & 83, to create one larger unit and a change of use from Retail to Restaurant for this new unit with a new signage fascia to units 80- 83 to the North West façade with illuminated signage and external plant fixed to the South West gable serving the proposed Restaurant (amalgamated units 82 & 83).

The development will principally consist of: a lateral extension to the restaurant floor area by 67.6 sq m (from 328.2 sq m to 395.8 sq m) along the southern, western and eastern elevations of the building; a new fire door on the western elevation; the provision of a second entrance door on the southern elevation; amendments to the drive-thru booths on the eastern elevation; general elevation amendments; PV panels at roof level; minor revisions to the car parking layout including a new accessible parking bay resulting in a reduction of 1 No. car-parking space; and all associated site works.
