RETENTION & PERMISSION: planning permission for the following development: a) retention of modifications to existing planning permission (ref 3061/04 for: i) rear extension (replacement pitched roof with flat roof and increase of floor area by 9 sq.m). ii) rear dormer window reduction in height and width. b) modification to existing front garden boundary, vehicular entrance and all associated works.
