Planning permission is sought for alterations/extension of the existing two storey terraced house at 27 Dean Swift Road, Ballygall, Dublin 11, D11 K3EO, comprising of demolition of existing shed and construction of a new two storey flat roof extension and single storey flat roof extension to the rear including with 1 no. velux rooflight to the existing rear roof slope with associated site development.

Proposed side single storey extension with associated internal and external alterations, external insulation system, demolition of side shed with associated site development works to dwelling house.

Construction of an additional storey over existing single storey extension to the rear of the property at 37 Dean Swift Road, Dublin 11. The proposed development will be of flat roof construction, will include the addition of a window to the gable end at first floor level and all necessary internal modifications and associated siteworks.

Permission to demolish existing garden shed at side and construct a two storey extension to front and side. Relocate existing vehicular access and off street parking and construct new boundary wall and piers all to front and all associated site works.

The development will consist of a two storey extension to the front and side of the dwelling and a single storey extension to the rear.
