Planning permission for construction of 1) a part single / part 2 storey granny flat to the front, side and rear of the existing dwelling, 2) a new gable window in the side of the existing dwelling at first floor level, 3) alterations to the rear bedroom windows at first floor level, and all ancillary enabling works and ground works associated with the proposal.

Permission for the construction of a single storey ground floor detached Granny Flat accommodation to the side to the existing dwelling, 45sqm floor area to comprise entrance storm porch, bedroom with accessible bathroom and living room/kitchenette accommodation. To include entrance gate at existing front boundary wall and all associated site works.

Planning permission to: (a) raise the ridge height of existing roof by 200mm; (b) to construct a dormer window to the rear roof elevation; (c) to construct an enclosed entrance porch with pitched roof over to the front elevation.

RETENTION: Retention permission for dwelling houses Nos. 23A and 23B Mount Olive Grove, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5. Works to include dwelling houses as constructed, (modifications to elevations and layouts as permitted under planning permission 4251/05), revised boundary walls and revised vehicular entrances.
