PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development consists of: 1. Proposed new extension to front of existing house 2. Retain first floor extension and Velux window to rear of existing house.

The development will consist of a new ground floor extension with pitched roof to the side of the existing house to house a new ground floor bedroom, shower room and utility room plus a gym/home office space.Plus all associated site works.

Permission for development will consist of a proposed new ground floor only extension to the front & rear of the existing house. Demolishing an existing chimney and building a proposed new dormer roof to the rear of the existing house roof. A new velux window to the front of the existing house roof. A new window & door at side elevation at ground level. A new window at attic level on side elevation and all ancillary works.

PERMISSION New shed to the rear with garden room and gym area.

Permission is sought to demolish existing chimney, to construct new 2 storey extension to gable containing play room, utility room and passage-way at ground floor and master bedroom at first floor, to raise sill of existing box room window at first floor, to raise sill of ground floor sitting room window, to convert existing and new attic to store, all at 47 Grange Park Crescent, Raheny, Dublin 5.

Permission is sought for dormer attic extension to rear.
