A new single storey living room, study and storm porch extension to the front elevation. The conversion of the existing attic space to include roof alterations, dormer to side for stairs access, roof windows to front and rear elevations. Including ground and first floor internal alterations, new window fenestration to the side and rear elevations. In addition to the widening of existing vehicular access to front boundary onto Kincora Grove with associated piers, gates and paving.

Planning permission for the development will consist of: (a) the removal of the existing single-storey extension to the rear and the existing shed to the north side of the existing dwelling, (b) the construction of a new two-storey extension to the north side and single-storey extension to the rear with associated roof light, (c) the conversion of the existing garage into a habitable room, (d) modifications to the existing window openings, (e) the widening of the existing vehicular entrance together with all associated landscaping, boundary and site works.

Planning permission for the construction of: 1) a first floor extension on top of the existing garage/kitchen structure to the front and side, 2) to convert part of the existing garage structure to the front/side, 3) to widen the existing vehicular access exiting onto Kincora Drive, Dublin 3.
