Permission is being sought for 1. an attic conversion to the main roof for storage purposes, 2 remodel of the existing main roof hip profile to a gable end roof, 3. provision of a zinc clad dormer window to the main roof rear slope, 4. provision of a new stairwell window to the extended gable wall and 5. internal modification works.

Permission & Retention: The development will consist of the construction of a single storey extension to the rear with a flat roof and rooflights, an attic conversion with dormers and dormer windows to the side and rear, relocating the front door to face the street, alterations to the front façade, a new access door to the side passage and a widening of the existing front vehicular entrance. The retention permission is to include the conversion of the existing porch. The retention permission is also to include the existing concrete tile pitched roof over the porch, entrance hall and T.V. room. The development will also include the demolition of the existing single storey conservatory to the rear and the existing rear outhouses and chimney. The development will include all associated landscaping, ancillary works, services and site works.

Planning permission sought for 1) New two storey extension to side (33sq.m) with existing hipped roof to be extended over, to incorporate 1 new Velux rooflight to side and 1 new Velux rooflight to rear. 2) New single storey flat roofed extension (43sq.m) to rear with 2 new roof skylights. 3) New flat roofed first floor extension (16sq.m) to rear. 4) New lean-to canopy over existing dwelling entrance to front; and associated site works.

RETENTION: Retention permission is sought for development at The Haven, 58a Hampton Court, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03FC90. The development consists of a pedestrian gate in the existing southern boundary wall and a 10.7sq.m. shed in the south east corner of the garden.
