Planning permission for development of 6 x one bedroom apartments in a two storey block with external stairs access, south west facing balconies to first floor, secure storage for 2 cycles each, 1 surface car space, full solar PV roof, including the removal or reduction in height of some trees along the boundary with 92, 94 Naas Road.

The development will consist of: Planning permission is sought for the removal of conservatory and replacing with a single storey extension to side/rear of dwelling and all associated site works.

Planning permission to construct single storey extension to rear of 2 storey property and to convert the attic space with 2 no. velux rooflights to rear incorporating a dormer window to side of existing hipped roof to facilitate staircase access to attic space and all associated site works.

The development will consist of the replacement of the existing scrolling internally illuminated double sided 'Metropole' advertising display case with a double sided digital advertising display case and associated works.
