Planning permission to create two slit horizontal windows at high level on side wall of existing single storey extension to rear of house and all ancillary site works.

Planning permission for single storey kitchen extension to rear of house also all associated site works.

1. Demolition of the existing rear shed. 2. Conversion of the existing garage to consist of a bike storage, WC, utility room and kitchen with a part flat and part pitched roof above. 3. Conversion of the attic space to use as a study / WC with a hipped roof dormer window to the side and a flat roof dormer window to the rear with all finishes to match the existing dwelling. 4. General refurbishment and remodeling of the existing dwelling to suit the proposed layouts. 5. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.

New vehicular access, 2 red brick piers, associated ground works and dishing of public footpath.

The construction of (1) an extension above the existing garage, (2) a full width extension to the front at ground floor level, (3) an extension to the rear at ground floor, (4) alteration of two existing first floor window opes to the front and rear, (5) a dormer window to the rear and two rooflights to the front at attic level.
