RETENTION planning permission of the as constructed foul drainage system (altering condition no.2 of granted application ref: 2692/18).

The development will consist of the replacement of the existing telephone kiosks with a new Telephone Kiosk with integral communication unit and a 1.53sq.metre digital advertising display. The proposed structure has an overall height 2.43m, a depth of 0.762m and a width 1.096m.

Planning permission is sought for the construction of a single storey 77sqmts extension to the north of the existing school to accommodate 1 no. classroom with en-suite w.c.'s, a 12.5sqmts extension to the west of the school to form a new entrance lobby, internal alterations and associated site works.

The development consists of the conversion of the attic space with provision for a dormer window to the rear of the existing house with provision for 2 x roof windows to the front at attic level and for all associated site works.

Planning permission for attic conversion with dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow conversion of attic as non habitable storage space with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works.

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey rear extension and garden shed, the construction of a part single storey, part 2 storey rear extension, minor alterations to the rear elevation, an attic conversion with rear dormer, skylights to the front and rear and associated works.
