PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission to permanently retain the pre-fabricated learning resource room, (15m.sq), on the south side of the site, previously granted three year temporary permission, under Dublin City Council decision no. P5586 (7th November 2019) - a Protected Structure (RPS 2290).

Permission for the construction of new pre-fabricated Learning Resource Room (20m2) to the south side of the site at Central Model Senior Mixed National School, Deverell Place, Dublin 1, for the Board of Management of Central Model Senior Mixed National School.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland intend to apply for permission for development works to the Clock Tower Building, Department of Education, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1. This structure is part of a complex of buildings which are collectively given protected structure status under Dublin City Council RPS Reference No. 5026. The development will consist of the following works; removal of existing decayed render and replacement with lime based render to the whole of the exterior masonry walls to match existing detailing. Structural repair to underlying masonry structure as required; installation of new lead coping to existing roof parapet wall; replacement of existing decayed lead flashing with new; removal of existing late 20th century glass fibre cornice and window hoods and associated concrete corbels and replacement of each with profiles to match historic.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION: Permission for proposed change of use of no. 33 Gardiner Street Lower/ Deverell Place Dublin 1 and the ground floor & basement level of the interlinked building to the rear of no. 33-34 Gardiner Street Lower / Deverell Place, from office use to guesthouse use, providing an additional 17 no. ensuite bedrooms and ancillary rooms situated in both buildings, all to function as a single guesthouse in both no. 33 and 34 Gardiner Street Lower, Dublin 1, both of which are Protected Structures. Retention permission is also sought for minor alterations to interiors of no. 34 Gardiner Street, alterations to the courtyard elevational treatment of the building to the rear of 33-34 Gardiner Street / Deverell Place together with the retention of the sub-basement level partially beneath the building to the rear of 33-34 Gardiner Street / Deverell Place, Dublin 1.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: i) The change of use of the top floor above ground level from current use of office to residential use consisting of 1 no. single occupancy studio apartment. ii) All ancillary site works

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for the change of use of the existing ground & basement floor from retail shop to cafe / restaurant / bar, with new shop front & signage, with replacement of the retractable canvas canopy, the use of the path to the front of premises for occasional use as external seating, amendment of ventilation ducting to the rear, with associated site works.
