PERMISSION:The development will consist of a single storey outbuilding (floor area 36.0m.sq.) containing home office & gym to rear of the overall property and associated site works.

The development will consist of Ground floor extension to rear of dwelling & conversion of existing garage to habitable purposes (49.8m.sq.), new roof canopy above ground floor hall door & window on front elevation, First floor extension (34.5m.sq.) above existing garage and part ground floor extension, Increase in width of driveway entrance to 3.4m in width and associated site works.

PERMISSION The development will consist of the widening of the existing vehicular entrance and insertion of new automatic gate.

Planning Permission is sought by John and Carmel Mulcahy for the works to the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling at 3 Oakley Park, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03 W2R4. Works to include a single storey extension to rear and side of the existing dwelling to accommodate a relocated recessed covered entrance, alterations to window and door opes to the front elevation and existing window on the first floor west facing side elevation to be relocated to rear south façade. At main roof level three no. roof lights to the existing west facing roof and three no. roof lights to the proposed flat roof of the single storey extension. Alterations to increase the existing vehicular entrance to 3.6m in width, new bin store and utility meter wall to front garden along with all associated site works and internal alterations.

Retention planning permission is sought for the existing single storey kitchen/dining room extension to the rear of the house. Permission is sought for: demolition of the existing single storey converted garage to the side of the house; demolition of the existing chimney and section of roof at first floor level. Construction of: a new two storey extension to the side; new porch and tiled canopy to the front; alterations of window to the front and rear elevations; new window to the side at ground floor level; external insulation; internal alterations; new dormer window to the attic at the rear; new rooflight to the front and rear; widening the existing vehicular entrance to the front; all associated site works, ancillary drainage and landscaping.
