PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development consists of the retention of a concrete plinth that has been constructed in the basement lightwell for bin storage and full planning permission to reinstall a new wrought iron railing and gate to screen bins along the footpath and all ancillary site development works.

Permission to (1) Demolish existing garage in rear garden (2) Construct granny flat in rear garden with interior alterations to ground floor of existing house and (3) Construct new vehicular entrance to front.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: (a) the construction of a new single storey extension with flat roof to the side, front and rear of the existing two storey detached dwelling, (b) all associated site, landscaping, drainage and ancillary works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of changes to previously approved planning permission, ref 3521/20 to include two new conservation style rooflights to the rear slope of the rear roof.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of relocation of existing rooflight, a new dormer window to the front slope of the rear roof facing into the internal roof valley, a new dormer window to the rear slope of the rear roof facing toward the rear garden, conversion of the rear attic for use as a home office / study and new internal staircase providing access from 1st floor landing up to the proposed new dormer attic study.

RETENTION: Retention Planning Permission is being sought to retain and complete the following works (1) A dormer window to the rear section of existing roof and attic conversion of 23.3 sq.m (2) A single storey extension 15.2 sq m to the rear of the dwelling and internal alterations to living space and (3) Conversion of existing detached single storey garden shed 17.9 sq.m to a games room / studio and all associated works.
