RETENTION PERMISSION sought for the new vehicular entrance onto McKee Road for off street parking in converted front lawn. Permission sought for new pillar and wall to converted driveway for development at the site 46 McKee Road, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 X363

The development will consist of demolition of wall (270cm in length) at front of property for creation of vehicular access.

The alterations to previously approved Planning Application Registered Reference Web1481/20. Alterations to include the addition of a dormer window in rear roof plane of the new dwelling to allow for a Home Office at 2nd floor level of the proposed house as granted previously.

The demolition of existing single storey garage to the side, partial demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear, widen existing vehicular entrance in front boundary and creation of a new vehicular entrance onto McKee Road in order to construct new two storey, two bedroom end of terrace dwelling to the side of the existing dwelling and all associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the side / rear of the existing dwelling and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development. The extension will provide ancillary family accommodation (granny flat).
