PROTECTED STRUCTURE:For the cleaning and repair of all brickwork and granite steps, lintels and cills to all elevations front (North), side (East and West), and rear (South), raking out and repointing of all brickwork joints with lime mortar, repair of soffits, eaves and rainwater goods and associated ancillary works. There are no further works proposed.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for refurbishment and minor alterations to an existing garage to the rear along Villiers Road, at 82 Highfield Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6, D06 K4K7, a protected structure.

The development will consist of the construction of a 2 bed 3 person self-contained apartment with own hall door access at first floor level above existing single storey hair salon with pedestrian and cycle access from the public footpath at 84 Highfield Road. This proposal also includes for new external brick finish to the existing four plastered ground floor elevations and redesign of salon front elevation (door and window surrounds), all at 84 Highfield Road, Dublin 6, D06 RF97.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for the widening of the existing vehicular entrance and the construction of a new pier to this entrance, the construction of a new storage/workshop structure to the rear of the property with 2 no. rooflights and solar panels to the south-facing slope, and the addition of a new pedestrian access to the rear of the property with new gates and all associated site works.

I Ailish Ryan, intend to apply for Permission for the development at 9 Highfield Grove, Rathgar, Dublin 6, D06C6F3. The proposed development will consist of: (1) The construction of a sunken two storey extension at the rear to provide new bedrooms and a WC, (2) Internal alterations to provide new bathroom and kitchen, (3) Increasing the height of existing rear return to a height of 4.7 metres to match new extension height (4) The change in roof profile of rear return of the original roof as well as new flat roof over rear extension, (5) New flat roof over rear return to have two velux windows.

Demolition of the existing single storey scout den, removal of storage containers, construction of a new single storey scout den of approx. 161 sq m (gross internal area) and associated site works and landscaping.
