Planning precedent report

The development will consist of alterations to previously approved permission Reg. Ref. 2251/21 which includes a new additional rear single storey extension amounting to 4.5 sq.m.

Permission for replacement of the existing rear extension with construction of a two storey rear extension with amendments to increase apex height, 2 rooflights to front roof pitch with ancillary site works.

The development will consist/consists of: Planning permission is sought for first floor bedroom extension to rear over kitchen extension. Attic conversion with dormer window to rear for playroom use and all associated site works.

Permission for demolition of existing single storey rear extension and construction of new single storey rear extension, new first floor rear extension, new rooflight to front roof slope and ancillary works.

The development of a two-storey rear extension to the existing property and a new rooflight to the existing rear slope, together with all associated site works.

RETENTION: Permission is sought for retention of development consisting of modifications to previously approved development (under Register Reference 2392/03) to include reduced floor area to single storey rear extension, all to existing single storey mid terrace dwelling.
