Planning precedent report

RETENTION: Retention planning permission for a single storey extension to side of existing house, single storey porch extension to front of existing house, roof window to front roof, extended vehicular access all with associate ancillary works.

Proposed single storey extensions to front and side/rear with two storey extension to side, associated internal alterations, demolition of side shed with all associated development works to dwelling house.

Amendments to previously granted planning permission 2853/19. The amendments will consist of: a) Omitting the provision for a dormer window to the rear elevation b) Reduction in the extent of the single-storey extension to the front.

Planning permission is sought for the following: - a. Part single storey and part two-storey extension to the front, side and rear of dwelling b. Ancillary family accommodation on the ground floor level c. Provision for dormer window to the rear elevation d. Roof lights to the rear e. Internal alterations and ancillary site work.

Permission for construction to raise the existing ridge height of the main roof to the front, in matching concrete tiles and ridge tiles, the increase in height will be local to an existing dormer window to the rear of the dwelling; including all associated site works.

Planning permission for amendments to previously approved planning application (Reg. Ref: 4178/18) to include planning permission for 1) the removal of previously granted first floor bedroom extension above the rear existing dining room from the permission; 2) the construction of a dormer window to the rear at attic level; 3) addition of a rooflight to the rear at attic level; 4) to widen the first floor and attic level by 500mm to the side by means of a cantilevered extension; 5) the addition of a porch canopy roof to the front, all at 50 All Saints Road, Raheny, Dublin 5. All other elements of the proposal to be as per Decision Order No. P4793 of the application Ref. Ref. 4178/18 and the conditions attached hitherto.
