The development will consist of the installation of external insulation and associated render system to external walls of the existing part two-storey, part single-storey, terraced dwelling, the installation of solar panels to the southern and western roofs of the principal structure, the installation of an air source heat pump to the private amenity space to the south of the dwelling, the demolition of the existing front porch, the modification of external opes to the southern and western elevations, the replacement of all windows and external doors, the provision of a 1.8m tall timber fence to the southern and south-western boundary to delineate the proposed private amenity space and internal alterations and all associated site and drainage works.
