Planning precedent report

The development will consist of the removal and decommissioning of an existing 15 metre floodlight pole and replacement with a proposed 18 metre multi-operator monopole with headframe with existing floodlights to be reused and re-installed on new monopole below antenna level, together with antennas, dishes, equipment cabinets, fencing and all associated site development works for high-speed wireless data and broadband services.

The development will consist of single storey front extension and all associated site works.

Permission for development which consists of the construction of a part single,part two storey extension with roof terrace and new external doors to the northern facade, a two storey infill extension and two storey stone clad entrance canopy to the eastern (front) facade, addition of internal floor area within the existing atrium void at first floor level, demolition of existing chimney, new lift shaft over-run at roof level, screening to plant upgrades at roof level, extension of the flat roof over the exisiting western stair core, replacing all existing windows and doors, new building signage next to the entrance along the eastern side of the building, new railings around the perimeter of the building, and all ancillary site works.

Planning permission for the construction of an approx. 209 sqm single-storey standalone prefabricated permanent building, comprising of 3 no. classroom bases, multipurpose room, office, WC assisted-user shower areas, ancillary areas and all associated site works to the front (south-east) of the school site, along with the removal of the existing approx. 200 sqm single-storey prefabricated school building to the front (north-west) of the school site.

Permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

The construction of a new second storey extension to the side, the conversion of the existing attic space with a new flat roof dormer with window to the rear, increasing the ridge height above the flat roof dormer and addition of a new side dormer with window and all associated site works.
