Planning permission to widen pedestrian access to create a new vehicular entrance for off street parking and EV charging for one car.

Construction of a new front porch with a rooflight and replacement front door. Demolition of the existing ground-floor rear extension and construction of a new part single-storey, part two-storey flat-roof extension to the rear.

Permission is sought for 2-storey extension at rear incorporating an existing single storey extension at rear.

The development will consist of a 64 sq.m extension together with internal alterations to increase the changing facilities area in the building. The works will include the removal of one of the side access ramps to the building entrance and the construction of the L-shaped single storey extension that extends from the entrance doors on the front elevation to the south east corner of the building and then extends 12 m along the southern gable of the building.

Works to create a new vehicular access 3.5M wide, all associated alterations, siteworks and ancillary works.
