The replacement of the existing south-facing Première internally illuminated 6.4m wide x 3.4m high advertising display (granted under Reg. Ref. WEB1003/19) on the southern gable wall of No. 7 Geraldine Terrace with a 6.4m wide x 3.3m high digital advertising display, to be positioned at 2.4m above ground level; and all associated site works and services

The development will consist of the replacement of the existing 1 no. 48 sheet illuminated static advertising display on the Southern gable wall of No. 7 Geraldine Terrace and replacement with 1 no. 48 sheet (6.4m wide x 3.36m high) Première internally illuminated advertising display and to permanently decommission and remove 1 no. 48 sheet advertising display at 13-a-b Conyngham Road, Dublin 8, including all associated site works and services.

The development will consist of the refurbishment of the existing two storey house, including a new roof light to the rear pitch of the roof, demolition of the existing single storey lean-to and the construction of a two storey extension to the side and front of the existing house and all ancillary works.

Single storey extension to the front. 3 new dormer windows to the front roof area for an additional bedroom and extended master bedroom. Single storey extension to the rear.

For an extension to the existing single dwelling house. The development will consist/consists of: - Partial demolition of the front tiled roof and front elevation to accomodate the proposed works. – Construction of 2 metal clad first floor dormers providing an additional 1st Floor Bedroom, extended area to the Master Bedroom, and extending over the proposed new stair incorporating a rooflight. –Construction of a single storey bay to the front of the house increasing the floor area of the Ground Floor Living Room. – Demolition of existing access steps, front patio including raised area and railings, and construction of new steps, railings etc – Interior remodelling – All associated external works, services, drainage, and landscaping works required to be undertaken in conjunction with this application.

Permission for an extension to the existing house. Works will consist of: 1. Partial demolition of the front tiled roof to accommodate the proposed works, including removal of 1no. rooflight. 2. Construction of a metal clad first floor dormer attic space to provide an additional living space with an openable glazed screen. 3. Internal re-modelling.
