PERMISSION & RETENTION:Retention permission for development at, 386, Howth Road, Raheny, Dublin 5. D05 WC83. The development will consist of: Permission to Convert the attic of the main house for storage purposes, provide internal staircase access to attic, provide two dormer windows one to the side and one to the rear of existing roof, and retention of a velux roof window to the rear elevation together with associated ancillary works.

The development will consist of: Remove existing single storey extension to rear, provide new part single storey and part two storey extension to rear of property to comprise: Ground floor - kitchen / dining / utility area to rear and convert garage to study to front. First floor - Provide bedroom and en-suite together with associated ancillary works.

RETENTION: retention of minor alterations to the previously approved planning application reg. ref. 2855/96, the retention of a first-floor opaque bathroom window at the side and the retention of the widening of the existing vehicular gateway at the front.

Permission to convert existing garage to part of house and build a first floor extension over side single storey section of house matching bay windows to existing with roof light in side of proposed hipped roof. Addition of a single storey extension to rear with roof lights over. Demolition and modification of ground floor & first floor walls to accommodate the new layout, maintain connection to existing drainage and all ancillary site works.

Planning Permission is sought for amendments to previous planning application Ref: 4008/19 to include the following: a) New roof lights to the rear and side; b) Conversion of attic to storage space; c) Provision of a dormer window to the rear elevation at 374 Howth Road, Raheny, Dublin 5.
