The development will consist of widening an existing vehicular entrance and driveway.

Partial demolition and construction of two-storey extension to side and single-storey extension to rear together with velux rooflight to front and side and widening of existing vehicular entrance of two storey semi-detached dwelling.

Permission for, 1. To demolish garage to side. 2. To construct new 2 storey extension to side and single storey extension to front. 3. To extend existing hipped roof to new party wall. 4. To convert attic/loft space to storage room incorporating flat roof dormer to rear. 5. To widen existing vehicular entrance from 2.475m to 3m wide and all associated site works.

The development will consist of: a) The demolition of existing single storey garage & utility section, b) The construction of a new 2 storey extension to the side and extend existing hipped roof to new party wall, c) The installation of a new skylight to the front and side roof, d) The construction of a single storey extension to the rear including roof alterations, e) The construction of a new flat roof dormer to the rear to convert the attic space to a habitable room, f) The widening of the existing vehicular entrance from 2.5m to 3.5m wide, g) including all associated site works.

The development will consist of the following: The demolition of a detached single storey outbuilding to the rear of the existing house; the demolition of a single storey converted garage & extension to the side; construction of a two storey extension to the side and rear; construction of a one storey extension to the rear; internal alterations to the existing ground and first floors; conversion and extension of attic to storage room; new rooflights to the front, side and rear; a new dormer window to the rear; bicycle store and bin store located under the existing carport to the front; widening the existing vehicular entrance driveway to the front; all associated siteworks; ancillary drainage and landscaping.

Planning permission is sought for alteration/extension of the existing semi-detached two-storey house comprising demolition of the existing garage and single storey side extension and construction of a new two-storey side extension including extension of the pitched roof, provision of 2no. rooflights to the front, 2no. rooflights to the side and 2no. rooflights to the rear of the pitched roof, total 6no. rooflights, widening of the vehicular entrance and associated site development.
