A single storey extension to the rear and side of an existing dwelling and all associated siteworks.

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey shed, creation of a new pedestrian and vehicular entrance from Iveagh Gardens, construction of a new two bedroom (plus study) two storey and part single storey dwelling house, 1 no. off street parking space and all associated site, boundary, landscaping, drainage and ancillary works.

The development will consist of the construction of 1. 34.4 sq.m 1St. floor extension with rooflights to rear of existing house. 2. New window to side elevation (south) of existing house 3. New rooflight to side of existing house (south side) and 4. all associated works.

Permission is sought for new vehicular entrance (Total proposed extended width 3.0m) and revisions to existing site railing and ancillary works at 107 Iveagh Gardens, Crumlin, Dublin 12.

The development will consist of the creation of a vehicular entrance at the side of the house off Iveagh Gardens by the removal of an existing railing and replacing with inward opening gates and replacing 45 square meters of grass with permeable paving.

The development will consist of: • The construction of two storey (stairwell) extension to the side and single storey extension with rooflight to the rear. • Alterations to existing roof to include new rooflight to the side roof slope. • All associated internal alterations, site, landscaping, drainage and ancillary works.
