The development consists of the construction of a new two storey pitched roof extension to the side and rear existing dwelling, with part single storey flat roof extension to the rear neighbouring boundary. Ground floor set back to the front to allow for Vehicular access to the rear garden. The development is to include new roof overhang at ground floor level across the front elevation, internal alterations, landscaping and all ancillary site works and drainage as required.
