The development will consist of a ground floor extension to the rear and side and the demolition of the existing garage.

Demolition of existing single storey rear extension and construction of 1.5 storey rear extension consisting of new kitchen/dining area at ground floor and new storage room at pitched roof level above. Works also include internal ground floor modifications, demolition of existing side elevation chimney, demolition of existing flat garage roof and construction of new pitched garage roof and all associated works.

Permission for a) dormer window within roof space to front (south) of single storey semi-detached dwelling and b) single storey extension to rear (north) of property.

(1) Demolition of sun room circa 18sqm, (2) construction of single-storey extension to rear of existing dwelling (3) with first floor extension over existing to rear, (4) conversion of attic with Dormer to rear & velux to front, (5) widening of existing vehicular access and all associated site works

To extend roof to the height of the raised gable end wall height of roof 7.830m same as existing roof height. Construct two new bedrooms at first floor level, shower room at ground floor level. Convert attic area to storage area and sky lights on rear elevation of roof. New door and window replacing garage dooor.

Permission to (a) demolish existing garage, (b) construct covered front porch with bay window to sitting room, (c) construct 2 storey side extension to incorporate bathroom & utility at ground floor & bedroom at 1st floor & all internal modifications & associated site development works.
