The development will consist of matching the roof ridge level to that of their terraced neighbours, the addition of a floor in the return to the rear of the single storey house, along with a dormer extension on the roof to the front of the property

The development will consist i) construction of a first floor level atop existing single storey terraced dwelling to match the roof ridge height of the adjoining properties within the Ailesbury Mews terrace; ii) provision of 2 no. rooflights, iii) provision of new dormer window to front (western) elevation at first floor level; iv) provision of new opaquely glazed window to rear (eastern) elevation at first floor level; v) removal/replacement of window treatment to front (western) elevation at ground floor level; and, vi) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.

Construction of 1) a first floor extension (36 sq.M), a dining area, with blinkered balcony and spiral staircase access to garden level, pop out seat window to side towards sea and glazed rooflight to side roof, and 2) a garden room structure (24 sq.M) to rear.

The development will consist of: (i) construction of 1 no. three-storey over basement level residential apartment block accommodating 3 no. three-bedroom apartments, each with front, rear and central balconies and each served by a communal gym at basement level, an area of communal amenity space to the rear (west) of the block, a vehicular parking area, of 3 no. spaces, to the front (east) of the block and bin/bicycle stores at ground level; (ii) provision of new vehicular entrance, of 3.4m width, and new pedestrian entrance, of 1.2m width, to Strand Road; and (iii) all ancillary site development works, inclusive of landscaping, boundary treatment and SuDS drainage, necessary to facilitate the development.

Permission consisting of the following principal elements: 1. demolition of existing single storey lean-to-kitchen and garage structures; 2. construction of a new single storey extension to the north of the existing house, 3. internal alterations and refurbishment works to existing house, 4. raising the level of the existing boundary wall and entrance piers on Strand Road, 5. Widening existing vehicular entrance to the south, 6. the development will include all associated landscaping drainage and site development works.

Conversion of their attic to storage, including a circular window to the front and a partial hipped and partial flat roofed rear dormer structure to the rear all at roof level.
