Permission sought for a ground floor extension to side / rear, attic conversion with change of roof type from hipped roof to 1/2 hipped type roof, including dormer type window to rear, new window to side gable, new roof lights to the front elevation with internal modifications and associated site works

The development will consist of creation of vehicular access & all associated site development works.

Part two-storey, part single-storey flat-roof extension to the rear; first-floor extension to the side and rear; and conversion of existing garage to a home office, including replacement of garage doors with a new door and window to the front.

The development consist/consists of alterations to previous planning grant WEB1904/22. Alterations being minor consisting of changes to single storey kitchen extension to rear, slight amendments to first floor proposed bathroom and bedroom and demolition of existing two storey flat roof extension to rear and associated site works.
