Planning permission sought for a new two storey with attic end of terrace house with gable roof, attic dormer window to rear, 2 no. Velux windows to front, alterations to existing front garden creating additional vehicular access (total 2 no. parking spaces) and associated works at 6 Griffith Walk, Dublin 9, D09 Y0H3.

PERMISSION & RETENTION: Planning permission for retention and Planning permission to retain and complete alterations for previously approved Planning Permission ref. 2009/13 and 2129/18 for demolition of existing house and construction of 2 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses, with an attic conversion with dormer windows within the front roof slope, connections to all services, provision for parking within the area in front of the houses and ancillary site development works. Alterations for which this Planning Application refer are retention permission of (1) pitched roof over front bay window of each house, in lieu of parapet wall with flat roof behind (2) 1no. triangular eyebrow dormer window within the front roof slope to each house, in lieu of 1 no. dormer window.
