RETENTION & PERMISSION: Retention planning permission is sought for a detached single storey 19sqm home office/study with pitched roof located in the rear garden & planning permission is sought for the construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear, extension of existing dormer roof over the existing single storey kitchen area, raising of the existing ridgeline 300mm, new dormer window to rear, rooflights to the front and side of new roof structure along with the widening of the existing vehicular entrance to 3.6m & all associated works to the existing detached dormer bungalow 17 Kilbarrack Ave., Raheny, Dublin 5.

The development will consist of (a) the removal of the existing side extension and its replacement with a proposed new single storey flat roof side extension, (b) a proposed new single storey pitched roof extension to the rear with 2 no. proposed new rooflights, (c) all associated landscaping, ancillary site and boundary works.

The development will consist of 1. demolition of existing conservatory roof to rear, 2. construction of new single storey extension to rear with wheelchair ramp access & 2no. rooflights, 3. relocate existing rear bay window to proposed extension, 4. construction of new home office to rear garden with flat roof, 5. all associated drainage connections.

Planning permission is sought for a) single-storey bedroom extension to rear, b) internal alterations c) new external door side and d) ancillary site works.

Permission for the construction of an attic conversion with a dormer window to the front and a dormer window to the rear of the existing roof structure, including the addition of 4 velux roof windows to the north east and 1 velux roof window to the south west elevation, with all associated site works.
