New two-storey extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling house (145.18m2), along with associated remodelling of the existing house, its drainage, landscaping and associated works. Including demolition of an existing single storey (11.4m2) rear extension, the widening of existing vehicular gateway and provision of car parking to the front of the house.

The development will consist of (i) demolition of existing single storey extension to rear; (ii) construction of new two storey extension to rear and side of dwelling; (iii) construction of new link corridor between house and garden room; (iv) main entrance relocated from side elevation to front elevation of house; (v) provision of new bin and bike store structures in front garden; (vi) widening of existing vehicular entrance; (vii) internal and external alterations and reconfiguration of house to accommodate the proposed development; (viii) the proposal also includes all associated rooflights, landscaping, boundary treatment and site engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development consists of the construction of a 2 storey extension to the side to include a new front door, a single storey extension to the rear, a new window at ground floor level in the existing front elevation and all associated site works.

The planning application is for the provision of an attic conversion and dormer window to the rear of existing property and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for construction of new vehicular entrance, dishing of footpath and associated site works.
