Planning permission is sought for a single storey extension to side / rear of existing dwelling with internal modifications and associated site works.

New ground floor extension to side of existing dwelling with internal modifications and associated site works.

Permission for the installation of 4 no. single storey temporary prefabricated buildings (classrooms and ancillary accommodation), 75 sqm each (300 sqm total) and the construction of associated site works.

PERMISSION The development will consist of: A) The retention permission for a driveway and alterations to front boundary wall for vehicular entrance. B) The planning permission for; 1) For the existing public footpath to be dished at the front of the site, 2) the construction of a new ground floor extension to the rear of the existing house (to accommodate; bathroom, living space), 3) The construction of a new first floor extension to the rear of the existing house (to accommodate; bathroom, bedroom space). 4) New extension roof to accommodate rooflights, 5) New skylights on the rear portion of the existing house roof, 6) Internal modifications and all associated site works.

Permission for works consisting of alterations to the existing boundary wall to create a new vehicular access 3.5m wide and off street parking space and all associated alterations, site and ancillary works.

Construction of a dormer roof to the rear of existing roof profile with a 400mm increase in the roof ridge height.
