Planning precedent report

The construction of 6 no. lamp posts with floodlighting lanterns, the replacement of the existing 6 no. floodlighting lanterns, together with associated site works.

Conversion of attic to storage including changing the existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a dormer window to the rear, two velux rooflights to the front and a new window to the gable wall, all at roof level.

The development will consist of planning permission for single storey rear extension & attic conversion with proposed dormer to the rear and proposed change in roof profile from a hipped roof to gable end roof and all associated site works.

The retention of the existing scrolling internally illuminated double sided ‘Metropole’ advertising display case mounted on an offset leg.

Permission is sought to enclose existing covered entrance way to south elevation and form new gym as well as to relocate main entrance door to east elevation with new metal canopy over the entrance, to form new access ramp and steps to new entrance and associated site works.

Permission for a 5 metre high, 23 metre long pre-cast concrete sports wall on the north front boundary.
