Planning precedent report

The development consists of the construction of a new attic conversion to create storage space with alterations to the existing hipped roof forming a new gable wall with high level window to the side elevation & new flat roof dormer to the rear elevation at roof level. The development is to include internal alterations, and all ancillary site works and drainage.

PERMISSION:The development will consist of the conversion of the existing attic space which incorporates the change of existing roof profile from hipped roof to a gable ended profile, with new access stairs, rear dormer roof extension, and 1No. new window to the gable wall, plus all associated site works.

Development will consist of a proposed ground & first floor extension to the side of the existing house and a proposed new ground floor only extension to the rear of the new side extension works connecting in with existing ground floor extension and all ancillary works.

Proposed works include alteration to the existing roof from hipped to full apex and construction of a dormer window to the rear roof plane to create space within the attic for conversion for use as a study and additional storage. Plus all associated site works.

For Hip build up into dutch hip at attic level, attic conversion with dormer roof window on rear slope of roof at attic level.

The proposed development will consist of changes to existing hipped roof profile, including proposed full gable to side and extended ridge to incorporate extension of attic space for playroom/storage.
