Planning Permission to construct a ground floor kitchen extension to the rear of 59 Iona Villas, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, D09 P6W8. Works seek to construct a two storey extension to the front to line up front facade and provision of a first floor extension to the rear over existing garage, as well as alterations to the hip of the existing main roof in order to accommodate access to a new attic room with new rear dormer.
