Relocation of gate pier and construction of a section of front boundary wall, to narrow the vehicular entrance to Glentworth Park from an existing (unauthorised) 5.7m wide to 3.0m wide; and all associated site works

The development consists of a first floor extension over the existing front and side extensions to increase the size of the existing box room and create 2 x single bedrooms on the first floor and for all associated site works.

Permission is sought to remove existing flat roof and form new pitched tiled roof over existing extension and associated works at 5 Elton Park, Ard Na Greine, Dublin 13 Co. Dublin for Yvonne Byrne.

Planning permission: a. single storey detached bungalow, b. all associated site works on site to side of No. 24 Slademore Drive, Donaghmede, Dublin 13

Planning permission for 1) change of use of existing garage to ground floor bathroom/store 2) to raise the existing garage flat roof by circa. 300 mm 3) alterations to the garage front elevation and all associated site works.

Development will consist of a single storey extension to the side of the existing house also extending pass the rear existing line of the existing house by 4m (same line as existing sun room) to be used as a granny flat. There will also be a proposed dormer roof to the front & rear of the new roof & the new attic accessed only from the existing first floor for office/storage purposes and all ancillary works.
