Planning permission is sought for the construction of 1 no. new dormer window to the rear slope of the existing 2 storey (plus attic), semi detached house, and two new rooflights to the rear slope of the existing house, associated elevational changes and all associated site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for the demolition of an existing shed structure to the rear of the site and the construction of a new single storey utility/storage shed, also to the rear of the site. including all associated site works at no. 77 Moyne Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6, which is a protected structure.
